Hispanic/Latin Motivational and Keynote Speaker, Life Coach, Author, Youth Leadership Speaker and Educational Motivator Sandra Graves has the answers to the above questions because she overcame numerous struggles in her own life. Today she lives a life of passion, self-love, and inner peace, as she shares it with her two children, husband, family, and friends. In addition she presents dynamic and inspiring content that communicates to her audience that they too can achieve anything, if they only believe it.

Sandra Graves was born in the Republic of Panama where she lived in a one bedroom home with five sisters and her single mother. She moved to New York City at age 15, where she experienced self hate. Before becoming a high school dropout, model, single mother and a divorcee, she experienced sexual abuse as a child. Yet, after all she has experienced in her lifetime, today she shares her inspirational stories of self-love and inner peace with men and women across the world. Not only did she survive a difficult journey, but she also overcome self hate, and accomplished more in the past few years than many accomplish in a lifetime.

Sandra has a degree in communications a graduate student, with honorable mentioned. She has worked steadily as an instructor, consultant, advisor, coach, and as a facilitator who has developed models guides that are practical, and immediately useful. She has over 10 years of experience in the areas of education and communication. Sandra has worked at companies such as IBM, 3M, American Express, SAIC, Harcourt, Xcel Energy, USAA, Pearson Educational, and many others.

Sandra Graves teaches self esteem and other empowerment classes through her website www.mysandragraves.com. She also offers nationwide workshops, as well as conferences, and private coaching. Her experience after completing her college education is only one of the many fascinating stories she loves sharing with her audience.
